1. Framework of Intervention
IAID Global Alliance operates strictly as an expert commercial turnaround manager and cross-border operational pilot. We inject 'Brain Equity', realign domestic sales channels, and deploy export gateways. We are not a credit provider, commercial bank, or liquid cash financing entity.
2. Chapter 6 Companies Act Notice (South Africa)
Our operational intervention works in alignment with, but completely independent of, court-appointed Business Rescue Practitioners (BRPs) under the SA Companies Act No. 71 of 2008. IAID acts as a commercial subcontractor to restore profitability and does not assume statutory debt liability of the distressed asset.
3. Amendments and Revisions
IAID Global Alliance reserves the right to amend these operational terms at any period. Registered partners and appointed practitioners under our 90-day lifeline framework will be notified directly of any structural updates.
